1. Account Registration & Responsibility
- You must provide correct and valid information when creating your account (full name, email, etc.).
- You are fully responsible for keeping your login data (username, password, and email access) safe and confidential.
- Any action carried out from your account after successful login is considered performed by you.
2. Investments & Financial Operations
- All investment plans and returns shown on the platform are part of a digital investment system. Profits are not guaranteed and may change according to the platform policies.
- Deposits are processed manually by the administration after verifying the transaction hash (TX Hash) and proof of payment image.
- Withdrawals are handled according to the platform rules, minimum withdrawal limits, and the security checks applied to protect members.
3. Wallet Addresses & Withdrawals
- You must enter your own valid USDT wallet address (TRC20 / Polygon / BNB (BEP20)) in your profile.
- After saving your wallet address for the first time, it will be locked and cannot be changed from your profile. Any change requires contacting support.
- The platform is not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address that you have saved or requested withdrawals to.
4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) & Security
- We provide advanced protection options such as IP verification, email verification codes, and Google Authenticator (2FA).
- Enabling Google Authenticator adds an extra security layer. A 6-digit code will be required when logging in.
- Do NOT share your Google Authenticator secret key or codes with anyone. Anyone who gets this secret can generate the same codes and access your account.
- You are fully responsible for the security of your device and for keeping your passwords and 2FA data confidential. The platform is not responsible for negligence in protecting your account.
5. Data Collection
We collect two main types of information to provide and improve our services:
- Directly Submitted Data: Account information (Full Name, Email), and transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, amount, TX Hash, and Proof of Transfer Image).
- Automatically Collected Data: Technical information about your device and activity (e.g., IP address, browser type) for security and analytics purposes.
